Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant - Summer 2021

State College Veterinary Hospital is in need of a multi-talented veterinary technician or veterinary assistant starting May or June 2021.  Depending on what the applicant is looking for, it could be either full time or a part time position.  Job tasks would include but not limited to: client service, restraint, venipuncture, and assisting in the exam rooms.  All staff are cross-trained to also be able to perform front desk tasks such as checking clients out and scheduling appointments as well as doing basic appointments including restraint and filling prescriptions.  Candidates with anesthesia training would be a plus!  Candidate must be able to work well with others in a team setting.
